Railtown Law is pleased to welcome Kenneth Craig to our firm. Kenneth is joining us as our new associate lawyer specializing in family law matters.
Kenneth Craig is a BC trial lawyer with a strong grounding in a number of different areas of law. He is dedicated to crafting long-term solutions to problems to help clients restore a feeling of security and stability in their lives.
Kenneth’s legal experience is primarily in family law. He believes that a strong practice stems primarily from negotiation and mediation. However, when the assistance of the courts is needed, Kenneth has experience litigating in both BC Supreme and Provincial courts where he has successfully represented his clients.
In civil disputes, Kenneth gained experience at one of British Columbia’s top dispute resolution firms where he handled cases concerning class-action lawsuits, shareholder remedies, the duty of confidentiality, commercial arbitrations, and negligent misrepresentation.
In residential and tenancy law, Kenneth has experience representing groups of tenants facing eviction in the Lower Mainland. He has also dealt with the drafting, variation, and administration of wills and estates.
Kenneth is proud of his many achievements in obtaining equitable resolutions to complex problems touching upon many different areas of law.
On his own time, Kenneth has volunteered at the People’s Law School, and volunteers annually with the British Columbia Cancer Foundation’s Ride to Conquer Cancer.
His first career was as a Park Ranger with the City of Vancouver Board of Parks and Recreation and he worked and lived abroad as a teacher of English in Asia and in Europe for a number of years. Kenneth earned his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Leicester in the United Kingdom and returned home to Vancouver where he obtained a Master of Laws (Common Law) from the University of British Columbia. Kenneth then articled at a number of firms in different areas of legal practice in Vancouver. Following completion of his articles, Kenneth worked at a busy family law firm in the Fraser Valley before joining Railtown Law in 2018.
Kenneth is ready and able to answer your legal questions and will be a passionate advocate for your cause.
