Vivienne has lived and worked in various areas of Vancouver and is familiar with Kitsilano, City Hall area, Mount Pleasant, Hastings-Sunrise, Point Grey, Kerrisdale, and East Vancouver. She has served and continues to serve clients from all areas of the Lower Mainland including: Port Moody, Coquitlam, Surrey, Chilliwack, Abbotsford, Maple Ridge, Burnaby, and West Vancouver and will meet clients who are unable to travel to Vancouver at a mutually convenient location. Vivienne has also served clients who reside in the Okanagan and the interior of B.C. and welcomes inquiries from any location.

- Drafting wills, powers of attorney and representation agreements to help you prepare for the future in a way that will give you peace of mind knowing that your family will not be left without any guidance as to your wishes and providing your family and loved ones with the tools to deal with doctors, hospitals, financial institutions and others when you are no longer able to
- Advising you on your rights and what you can expect if you are a spouse or a child and feel you have been unfairly left out of will and, if necessary, assisting you in bringing your case to court
- Providing advice to businesses as well as individuals so that they can take the necessary steps to foresee and prevent legal issues from arising, prevent legal problems from arising or prevent small legal problems from becoming big ones
